Warning notices for glass and ceramic materials:

• Risk of cuts: Objects made of glass can break easily and leave behind sharp edges or shards that can lead to cuts.
• Risk of falling: Glass objects can be slippery and easily slide out of the hand or fall from an unstable surface, which can lead to breakage and the risk of injury.
• Risk of injury from debris: In the event of glass breakage, debris and glass shards can be scattered in the surrounding area and cause injury.
• Risk of burns: Glass can become very hot when heated, especially in connection with hot contents or use in the microwave.

It is important to handle glass objects with care, to use them safely, and to react appropriately in the event of damage or defects to avoid accidents and injuries.

Sources of danger with resin

• Sources of danger with resin only occur during production.
• Harmful vapors, which are present in some types of resin due to chemicals, are no longer present in the cured products.
• We have had all our resin products tested by the health department and they are officially approved for food, as there are no longer any harmful substances in the product.
• If cutting with very sharp blades on the resin, small scratches and signs of wear will remain. For this reason, please use the board as a serving board and at most as a snack/picnic board. There are no health hazards here; it is purely visual damage to the product.
• Please do not place hot objects, such as pans or pots, on the material. Resin will deform slightly above 60°C (e.g., slight imprint of the object). The hotter the object, the greater the damage to the resin.

Sources of danger with keychains

• Small parts that can be swallowed: Some keychains may contain small or detachable parts that pose a choking hazard for children or pets.
• Sharp edges: Keychains made of metal or other materials may have sharp edges or pointed ends that can cause cuts or puncture wounds.
• Allergic reactions: Keychains, especially those with metal alloys or coatings, can cause allergic reactions in people with sensitive skin.
• Fire hazard: Keychains with integrated electronic devices such as LED lights or batteries can pose a fire hazard if the electrical components are damaged or used improperly.

It is important to be aware of potential hazards when using keychains, especially with regard to small children, pets, and people with allergies. It is recommended to handle keychains in a safety-conscious manner and to take appropriate precautions if there are any concerns.

Sources of danger with slate

1. Risk of breakage: Slate is a brittle material and can easily break or splinter, especially if handled improperly or subjected to strong impacts.

2. Risk of cuts: Slate surfaces can have sharp edges and points that can cause cuts, especially when the material is cut or damaged.

3. Trip hazard: Loose or uneven slate tiles can create trip hazards, especially if they are not laid or secured properly.

4. Weight: Slate can be a relatively heavy material, which can lead to injuries if large slate slabs are lifted or transported carelessly.

Source of danger with wood

Some potential points of danger in connection with wooden serving boards are:

1. Risk of cuts: Sharp knives can damage the wood and lead to sharp edges or splinters, which can cause cuts, especially when cutting food on the board.

2. Hygiene risk: Wood is a porous material that can absorb bacteria and germs if it is not cleaned and cared for properly. This can lead to potential food contamination.

3. Risk of breakage: Wood can be damaged by moisture, heat, or impact and break, especially if handled or stored improperly.

4. Risk of burns: Wooden serving boards can cause burns when in contact with hot pots, pans, or dishes, as wood is not heat-resistant.

5. Allergic reactions: People with wood allergies can react to certain types of wood, which can lead to skin irritation or other allergic symptoms.

It is important to clean wooden serving boards regularly, keep them dry, maintain them carefully, and take appropriate precautions to minimize potential hazards and ensure the safe use of the serving board.
