Each of you has contributed to the success of NORDKYND, each of you has accompanied us for a part of the journey, has invested your heart and soul, your passion, your lifetime into this company. Lifetime that you will not get back. You have given it to us because you believe in us, because you love us.

Vera Horn
For 10 years, I worked full-time as a dancer, choreographer, aerial acrobat, and educator.
During the pandemic, I began building Nordkynd, which has now become my new primary occupation.
I still perform on stage for productions that are particularly close to my heart.
Otherwise, you are more likely to find me in the Nordkynd studio.
I cast boards and images, develop new products, lead the Nordkynd team—who are taking on more and more responsibilities—and handle all our online presence, trade fairs, markets, shipping, and much more.

Anita Pomp
Anita was hired for the 2023 Winter Tollwood festival. Initially, it was just project-based, but fortunately, Anita decided to stay for the time being.
Since then, Anita has been deputy manager and saves me every single day.
She handles the entire back office, customer communication, shipping, takes care of the team, handles any research I need at the moment, and picks up everything else that falls through the cracks for me.
Furthermore, she is there to identify errors in existing processes and improve them.
She is doing a wonderful job, and I am infinitely grateful to have her on my team.
Tereza Caspari
Tereza joined our team quite spontaneously and unexpectedly, and from day one, she has completely turned her area—managing candle production and content creation—upside down. I am thrilled by her creativity, drive, and passion for Nordkynd.
On her very first day, without any hands-on training, she conjured up her first design: the Choco Candle. I am certain that it was just the first of many wonderful designs to come.
You can be just as excited as I am to see which designs will be created next.
I am sure that thanks to Tereza, Nordkynd will be taken to a whole new level.

Matthias Maller
You know Matthias Maller from the 2023 Tollwood summer festival. Back then still a part-time employee, he is now an integral part of our team. He has taken over the entire production line for the sea boards and is doing a wonderful job. In addition, he is part of the shipping team in logistics.
Matthias is doing a wonderful job and enriches the team beyond measure.
Hannah Derrer
Hannah is brand new to our team and has taken over the social media department. The content on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest is produced and managed by Hannah.
Damaris Kocher
Dami is brand new to our team and my absolute wildcard.
A wildcard is always whatever you need at the moment. Whether "Ace," "Queen," or "Two of Hearts," she jumps into whatever gap you have.
Whether sanding, painting, pouring, or cleaning. Dami is there and handles the tasks with such calmness, good nature, and joy that it warms my heart.
Tobias Horn
Tobias is a trained carpenter and master sculptor who expresses his skills in a variety of ways.
He paints, makes arrows, and builds electric guitars and basses, not only creating instruments with wonderful sound, but also giving the bodies extraordinary shapes, such as dragon heads, snake bodies, etc.

Merve Sun
Merve is an absolute exceptional talent when it comes to painting (regardless of the style), illustrations, sensitivity, creativity, and wealth of ideas. Merve doesn't just hear what you say, she hears what you mean.
The beautiful illustrations for our Self-Aware campaign all come from Merve. Everyone who buys something from Nordkynd automatically owns a piece of her work, as our beautiful logo also comes from Merve.
Merve is a freelance artist and is happy to accept your commissions.
Beate Horn
Beate is an incredible artist.
I don't know if there is anything she hasn't done yet.
Through her pens, brushes, and sponges, countless portraits, commissioned paintings, room designs, and even entire stage sets have been created.
She makes clothing, costumes, stuffed animals, and dolls. Everything from paper and papier-mâché to fabric and even porcelain has passed through her hands. Incidentally, everything related to babywear is her work. She thought it all up, devised it, and crocheted it herself. Recently, she also signed up for the new jewelry currently being created here for the new collection.

Florian took photos of our new products quite spontaneously during his vacation. As spontaneous as it was, it turned out beautifully, resulting in some really cool and effective teamwork together with my sister Sarah.

Michael Böhmländer
Michael came all the way from Austria with his wife Alex to photograph us at work in our new studio.
When they arrived, things were still in total chaos, as we had only moved in a few days earlier and were already processing current orders while still settling in.
In no time at all, with the help of Michi and Alex, the whole studio was made photo-ready, and Alex even took it upon herself to handle the decorations.
I would never have managed all that in such a short time on my own.
Things like this can only be achieved by working together as a team! Thank you both!

Susen Bolz
The shoot for our Self-Confident collection was photographed by the lovely Susen. She bravely fought her way through a full day of rain. While we were all able to take turns, Susen was in the cold wet the whole time and, despite the rain, put our models in a party mood with her exuberant zest for life.
